We prefer not to provide Project information or recommend products due to possible liability issues.

Our Order Processing System requires that customers agree to our Sales Policies. This can only be done with our "Website Check-Out System".

We do not provide "Quotes" or "Shipping Estimates" by Phone, Fax or Email. You can get this information by adding Items to the Shopping Cart and then enter your Shipping Information and choose your Shipping Method. You do not need to Complete the Order. If you want a printed copy of your order, you can select "None" or "Purchase Order" for your Payment Method.

"Cloud Electric" sells components from Manufacturing Companies that can be used in various applications. We are not responsible for the design and usage of these products. Please investigate the products and application used in your project before you place your order. We can not be expected to provide Instructions, Schematics and Directions for the usage of these products. We are not responsible for the performance of a Project or the Components used in your Project.

"Cloud Electric" requires that a Qualified & Certified Electrician perform all design and wiring of any Customer Project. We want to warn all Customers that Electrical projects can be dangerous.

Warranty of the components is the responsibility of the Manufacturer, you can contact us for Warranty issues and we will provide information on the return of your product to the Manufacturer. We are not responsible for any shipping costs due to Warranty issues. You, the customer agree to take responsibility in using any product supplied by us or our suppliers.


Orders are processed through our Order Processing System. You will receive an Invoice Number along with Shipping Tracking Numbers. You must supply us with a valid Email Address and Phone Number in order for us to send your Order Status Information.

We can not accept purchase orders at this time.

Special order items (any item that does not show a stock status) are not returnable or refundable. If we don't normally stock an item it is "Special Order"

SHIPPING


Return and Shipping Policies
* Before returning any items to us, you must contact us Prior to shipping by Phone or Email to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number is used to track the returned items.
* NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY ITEMS RECEIVED THAT DO NOT HAVE AN "RMA" NUMBER.
* Items must be returned within 60 days from the shipping date.
* All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Please contact us for restrictions, such as items sold "as is" Special order or used products.

* If you wish to exchange an item purchased, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price (not including shipping) and apply this credit to the replacement item(s) after receiving the shipment.

* If an item is being returned due to the wrong item being shipped. We will either refund your item or offer a store credit. We will also waive the 20% restocking fee.

* If you have a defective item, we may direct you to send your product back to the manufacturer. Please do not send the item back to us unless you obtain an RMA number and are instructed to do so.

Shipping overseas:
* We do ship to most countries worldwide.
* Order may not ship for up to 2 weeks after placing order
* We only accept "Bank Wire Transfers" Or PayPal Payments for Foreign orders including Canada.
* If the USPS shipping option is chosen on an overseas order we have
no way to track the order once it has shipped and have no insurance
on the items shipped. We are not held responsible for the items if they are damaged by USPS
or if they are lost. USPS is an option to help reduce the shipping cost overseas but choose it
at your own risk.
* Some items may be on backorder and may take longer to ship

*Foreign Customers are responsible for all Duties and Customs fees. "Cloud Electric" has no responsibility to provide information on these fee's. We can not receive returned items due to refusal of Customer to pay their Duties and Customs Fees on Orders sent outside the USA. Any Customs fees or additional shipping charges due to refusal to receive items will be charged to the Customer.


Shipping in the States:
* We ship to any State in the United States.
* We offer several options for shipping on most items.
* Most items ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of the order placed
* Some items may be on backorder and may take longer to ship
* Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will not ship the same day unless otherwise stated by a Sales Representative.
* A tracking number is not always available in our office and may take time to receive.
**IF items ordered are damaged or lost in shipping process the recovery time to settle the case is lengthy, up to several months at times.
We will try to speed this process along as much as possible.
**Our Company charges a handling fee on all expedited shipping and all other shipping Methods Except UPS Ground.
