All orders MUST be placed on our Website. We can not accept Phone, Fax, Email or Walk-in
Orders. Our Order Processing System requires that customers agree to our Sales
Policies before we can process an order. This can only be done with
our "Website Check-Out System" where there is an "Agree to Sales
Policy Check Box". You can order from our Website and choose your Shipping method or pick-up your
order and pay at our Office/Warehouse.
We also can not provide "Quotes" or "Shipping Estimates"
by Phone, Fax or Email. You can get this information yourself by adding Items to
the Shopping Cart and then enter your Shipping Information and choose your
Shipping Method. You do not need to Complete the Order. If
you want a printed copy of your order, you can select "None" or
"Purchase Order" for your Payment Method.

"Cloud Electric" RMA number to return the item to us or provide the
return information to send the item back to the Manufacturer.
