All orders must be placed on our Website. We do not take phone orders or PO's.
You will receive Automated Emails with order Status Information. Including: Invoice Number along with
Shipping Tracking Numbers. You must supply us with a Valid "non- filtered" Email Address in order for you to receive "Order Status Updates".
Warranty of the Products is the responsibility of the
Manufacturer. You can contact us for Warranty issues and we will provide
information on where to return your product. We are not
responsible for any shipping costs due to Warranty issues. (Cloud Electric does not provide the Warranty on Products)
