We sell items at the Lowest Price on the Internet!
We do not provide "Quotes" or "Shipping Estimates"
by Phone, Fax or Email. You can get this information by adding Items to
the Shopping Cart and then enter your Shipping Information. (You do not need to Complete the Order. If
you want a printed copy of your order, you can select "Check by Mail" for your Payment Method.)
"Cloud Electric" sells components from
Manufacturing Companies that can be used in various applications. We are
not responsible for the design and usage of these products. Please
investigate the products and application used in your project before you place
your order. We can not be expected to provide Instructions, Schematics
and Directions for the usage of these products. We are not responsible
for the performance of a Project or the Components used in your Project.
"Cloud Electric"
requires that a Qualified & Certified Electrician perform all
design and wiring of any Customer Project. We want to warn all
Customers that Electrical projects can be dangerous.
Warranty of the components is the responsibility of the
Manufacturer, you can contact us for Warranty issues and we will provide
information on the return of your product to the Manufacturer. We are not
responsible for any shipping costs due to Warranty issues.
Orders are processed through our Order
Processing System. You must place your order on our
website.
You will receive Automated Emails with order Status Information. Including: Invoice Number along with
Shipping Tracking Numbers.
You must supply us with a Valid Email Address
and Phone Number in order for you to receive "Order Status Updates".

We now have Item Stock Status on our Item pages with availability information.
You will need to send an email to stockstatus@cloudelectric.com, please include the Item Product Code, Title and qty you want to order in the email. We will respond as soon as possible.
If an item does not show a Quantity in the Stock Status, then we may need to call or email the supplier to check availability. This could take some time and it would be best to have the customers email to respond.
