Our multiple shipping points are strategically located across North America so that we can guarantee a maximum of 9 business days of shipment, regardless of where you’re based. We’ve developed our network of shipping locations, based on logistic algorithms, that has revealed the most efficient design. So when it comes to order distributions, we follow an accurate approach instead of rough estimations.
All stocked items that are ordered before 2:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same day, while back ordered items are shipped once they are in stock. Ground shipments will reach their destination from 3 to 9 business days from the day of initial shipment. If your order is $650 USD or more, it qualifies for our free shipping offer. Note that if you are outside U.S., you will need a freight forwarder for the order to reach your country, and you will be responsible for any additional export/import charges.
Simply look for the “Free Shipping” logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order that qualify for “Free Shipping” total $650 USD or more, your order ships at no cost.
SURFACE FREIGHT CHARGES:
1. All U.S. orders will be shipped using Cloud Electric's choice of carrier. Flat rate shipping applies to stock products only and does not apply to the following:

3. All U.S. orders over $2,500 in net value will be shipped and invoiced with surface freight prepaid using Cloud Electric's choice of carrier. Prepaid orders apply to stock products as well as:
Forks (including Fork Extensions)
but does not include Drop Ship Products
4. Ground COD orders will be charged above mentioned freight & handling charges plus COD fee if order value is below $99 and COD fee only if order value is above $99. All special COD orders will be charged at carrier's rate plus COD fee.
5. GROUND BACKORDERS will be shipped freight, prepaid, using Cloud Electric's choice of carrier.
6. Free freight for orders does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or International shipments.
For customers using a freight forwarder, CloudElectric.com will be excluded from any legal obligation, once the freight forwarder signs for the receipt of the goods. For orders below a value of $2500.00, a document processing fee of $15.00 will be assessed. If CloudElectric.com has a Third Party Transporter Authorization Form on file for the forwarder, this $15.00 fee will be waived. To obtain more information, please contact your sales representative.
AIR FREIGHT CHARGES:
1. All air shipments will be charged for freight at the carrier's listed freight rate.
2. AIR BACK ORDERS shipments will be charged for freight at the carrier's listed freight rate. If the customer desires backorder shipped ground, ground backorder policy applies. ***All international shipments will be charged based on standard UPS freight rates.***

If you are under an emergency and you urgently need your shipment, we can cover you. We offer 1-day delivery via air shipping at an additional cost.
Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel an order as long as it has not been processed and accepted, but considering our fast workflow, you will have to do this very soon after placing the order. We accept returns that are requested within 30 days, after they’ve been Invoiced, with NO - Restocking fee! As long as the item is unused, in brand-new condition, you can return it without any issues.
