PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MillipaK produced a family of high-powered controllers with advanced thermal capabilities making them compatible with traction and pump system use. They are designed to be compact in order to consume less space as possible while ensuring reliable performance. One of the controllers in the MillipaK controller family is the Sevcon MillipaK 633T46301. This controller is a high-power controller with 48 volts and a 600-699 ampere range. It assists separately excited motors (SEM) for regenerative braking function. As a controller for SEM, 633T46301 has promising speed and flexibility making it an efficient motor controller for both field weakening and regenerative braking where it does not necessarily require a contactor. It also does not need additional sensors and speed control is improved by a method called complementary switching.
