This is a reconfigured SW182 to a single On/Off or Changeover Contactor using all the components form an original Albright Reversing Contactor.

This contactor has all the same performance specification of a SW-180 Albright contactor.

This contactor can be used as a Line "Changeover". In the normally off position one side of an input power source would be on. When the contactor coil is activated another power source would be turned on while the original power source would be turned off. Great for changing from one battery pack to another or a battery pack to a solar panel or other power generation source.

We have taken new contactors that have been sitting on the shelf for several years and reconfigured the original components to make this Single ON/Off or Changeover Contactor.

The SW180 Series of Contactors has been designed for direct current loads, particularly motors as used on larger electric vehicles such as industrial trucks, airport tractors, etc.

they have double breaking main contacts with silver alloy contact tips, which are weld resistant, hare wearing and have excellent conductivity.

Coil voltages ranging from 6 to 240 are available and these are wound for DC operation.
